First off I wanna say dealing with DEAN TEAM Volkswagen in BALLWIN has been nothing but a nightmare I bought a car. I had it in there four days in a row all for electrical issues them constantly telling me in BALLWIN has been nothing but a nightmare I bought a car. I had it in there four days in a row all for electrical issues them constantly telling me it doesn’t have a problem, even though the car wouldn’t start at times the air conditioner wouldn’t work at times and it was a brand new 2024 Volkswagen atlas Cross sport I am very dissatisfied with the way they do business. The car was finally returned today. They gave me my old car back and I will find a new car somewhere else. Watch your yourself when you deal with this. Hopefully someone else has a better experience mind you I had bought two other cars from the dealer over 10 year. But that was with different management. More
