Bought a used truck from Ed Morse ford. The truck hadn’t been thru inspection yet. But the GM said he’d fix anything out of spec or unsafe. Well it got inspected and they found that it had two cracked/broken coil springs in the front suspension. They called this normal and told me the truck is ready for pick up. Cracked/broken coil springs is unsafe. They also missed in their inspection that it’s completely missing a sway bar bushing. They also tried to remove the last dealers decal with a razor blade and scratch the heck out of the paint. Extremely upset. They didn’t stick to their word and then tried to put me and my family in an unsafe vehicle. Of course tried talking to my salesmen whom gave attitude and did nothing. Have yet to hear from the GM. More
