Had recently picked up an 05' G35 and needed some servicing done. There was a check engine light on. Took my QX60 in for a fix only the dealer could do. They found another issue and I was told about an hour before closing. I was not given a time line for when it would be available. When I called on Sa They found another issue and I was told about an hour before closing. I was not given a time line for when it would be available. When I called on Saturday I was told I should have known it wouldn't be ready before Monday. After picking up my car, I noticed there was a crack (circular) about the size of a silver dollar, on the drivers side. When I contacted the dealership I was told they weren't responsible. I have left 2 messages for the repair department manager and have heard nothing. After dealing with this dealership, I don't ever want to buy another Infiniti! More
