This lack of follow-through is unacceptable and unprofessional. A second key is not just a small accessory; it’s an essential part of vehicle ownership, and withholding it feels dishonest. I expected much better service from McLoughlin Chevrolet, especially after making such a significant purchase. I urge you to resolve this issue immediately and fulfill your promise. More
