Tina helped my very first service experience at Nye VW in Rome to go absolutely perfect! She was so above and beyond helpful. It was a pleasure working with her. If she didn’t know an answer to a question, she’d ask someone there that did know. She was never condescending or made me feel uncomfortable in any way. I appreciated her kindness and attention to detail with my first VW vehicle. I am definitely going to go back to her. Nye VW has a gem with Tina.
