Most stress free car purchase I've ever had. From the price to the pick up, things were handled with lightening speed and professionally. All handled on the phone from the comfort of my home. I'm still in shock!! Tina was warm , friendly, helpful and patient with my questions and Pat had the finance package ready to go. It took longer to learn about the "bells and whistles" of the car than it did to seal the deal. I know now that a woman can buy a car and get the right color, model and price without being taken advantage of. Thanks! More

Not only did he spend a tremendous amount of time with me, and explain every feature of the vehicle, but he was also a cool dude & gave up his lunch break to assist me. My only disappointment in the dealership was that the car really had not been detailed properly. Todd did respond appropriately (and apologetically even though it had nothing to do w/him) and he had an employee wipe down the obvious, which I appreciated. But after I left the dealership and really had a chance to inspect the car, see the windows in the light, etc. I could tell that it was not detailed. Vacuumed at best. Granted it was brand new, but since it was the first time I had ever purchased a brand new car I guess my expectation was that it would be immaculate. Overall Prestige Volvo was great to work with and I would recommend them in the future. More

From the initial contact going to the dealer at 5 for a test drive, then negotiation, followed by assisting with the insurance company while the car had a final cleaning/washing so we could leave the store driving and with all the complete paperwork in less than a couple hours. Great job Tina and the Prestige Volvo team. I definitively would recommend this dealer. More

My first time there, I would have never rated this dealership as "great". I walked in because I was in the market for a new car. I wasn't taken seriously and no one really paid any attention to my f dealership as "great". I walked in because I was in the market for a new car. I wasn't taken seriously and no one really paid any attention to my friend (also looking for a new car as her lease was soon to be up) and I. I vowed NOT to go to this dealership ever again. HOWEVER, when coming across them again and receiving a video email from Tina Bilokin, I instantly felt more comfortable with these sales representatives. After that initial contact, it was smooth sailing and the entire experience was just wonderful. Everything was friendly, organized, customized to what I needed/could afford, reasonable, thorough, and timely. I now see why they are "#1" and it shows. I don't know who "helped" me my first time there, but Tina and Joel were wonderful throughout the entire process and extremely helpful from the get-go. Thank you Prestige! More

We found a well-priced, used Accord online that was located at Prestige. It looked great, and Prestige reviews were good, but I got ready for the dealer dance. I spoke with Tina Bilokin and was happy with her knowledge and confidence that this was a good fit. I went for a look and a test drive and was very impressed. They'd done what work was needed (brakes, tires, oil, etc) to bring it up to their level of quality, which seems pretty high after visiting some other dealers. Tina was no-pressure, pleasant and professional when I said I needed to think on it and maybe bring my wife in to see it. Chris Parada, her boss, was also understanding. We came out two days later with the kids, they gave us the keys, and said 'Have a nice drive, wherever.' We did, and then came back and I chatted with a mechanic about it, and then we bought it, at an even better price - from some really good people. Even Pat, the finance guy, who pushed nothing on us but coffee and candy. The boys were delighted with our extra passengers on the way home - two most excellent bears. Will go back for my non-family car one day. More
