Rich was kind, knowledgeable, HONEST, and patient. When he heard that my husband was active duty military, he immediately thanked him for his service. My husband and I were planning on buying a specific vehicle and were pleasantly surprised when the vehicle was in the same condition as posted on the dealer website. There was complete transparency in the deal from start to finish, no hidden fees, no stress, no pressure, no price haggling needed. We asked for a bit more on our trade and it was given with a smile. Jake Hughes the manager continued to make our buying experience easy and quick. He was helpful,HONEST, and quite personable. Jake and my husband exchanged quite a few laughs, which was unusual for a situation that can usually be an arduous and stressful task. I would also like to mention that Tina Bilokin the internet sales manager was spectacular. She was very prompt and HONEST with her responses to my questions and at all times I might add (and at most hours, I am an RN and I work weird hours) attentive to my needs. Overall I am extremely happy with the experience at Prestige Volvo. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, friends, family, or even the prospective client we met in the parking lot. I met with Tina Bilokin who I would highly recommend. Tina is so knowledgeable, professional and kind and she made the process really easy and fun! Within 30 mins I decided to purchase a lovely car with very low mileage and at a great price. It came with a CPO warranty which was very important to me. Tina was a breath of fresh air and took the stress out of buying a car. As a a woman I really enjoyed working with a female salesperson! My car had a few little scratches on it as it had just come off a 3 year lease, but Tina told me that she would make sure these were repaired, which she did, and I was so happy with the results! I felt it looked like a brand new car! I also used the USAA used car buying service to find this car initially and I was so pleased with how everything worked out. Tina told me that when I come back to get the car that she would pick me up at the train station which was 8 miles away in Chatham. What exceptional service! Thank you Tina! Prestige Volvo is a great place to buy a used Volvo and the value is hard to beat. It's worth it to come here rather that shopping on Long Island! Thanks so much for everything Tina! From the moment I called to verify the availability of the car I wanted to helping me carry my stuff to my new car every member of this family made me feel a part of something bigger than just buying a car. Ron felt more like a consultant and friend helping me by a car then someone trying to make a sale. Even though Ron was my direct rep, Tina, Lindsay, Libby and Ariel were there to do the little things to make this process as easy as possible. The final pieces of paperwork with Pat were very easy and very quick. And while I was there Bob, Shannon, and Patricia in service helped me schedule my tuneup for my now 10-year-old XC 90 and gave me a place to hang out while my new car was getting its finishing touches. Buying a car is a very stressful process, but when you’re doing it with people who feel like family it makes it all worth it. More

Worth the trip! I was recently in the market for a new 2018 Volvo S90 T6 Inscription. After searching a bunch of local dealerships, I finally picked up my new car at I was recently in the market for a new 2018 Volvo S90 T6 Inscription. After searching a bunch of local dealerships, I finally picked up my new car at Prestige Volvo in E Hanover, NJ and I couldn’t be happier! I actually test drove the car closer to my home on Long Island and had a deal in place with a local dealer. But, before I finalized everything I received a call from Tina Bilokin in the internet sales department at Prestige. She had gotten my info from something I had filled out online. I told her the offer that I had on the table and told her she was free to try and beat it but I was very skeptical, especially considering the MSRP on the car she had was $3k higher than what I had test drove and put a deposit on. Well, needless to say, I was very excited when her offer was $40/mo lower than the best offer I had received at my local dealer! At first I didn’t believe it so I asked Tina to confirm all of her numbers with me (RV, MF, Net Cap, etc). Everything seemed to check out so I decided to move forward with the deal even though it would mean driving nearly 2 hours to pick up the car. After waiting about a week for the car to be shipped in from one of their other lots, I took the drive out to Prestige (still a little skeptical that I was going to get surprised by tons of hidden fees at the last minute). Well, I’m happy to report that not only were there no hidden fees whatsoever, Tina and Pat Masone (finance manager) couldn’t have made the process any easier or more enjoyable. Tina took the time to show me all of the features on the car which took a good hour (my god this car has a ton of gadgets and options!). Pat was also a gentleman and answered all of my questions. Between my wife and I we have purchased/leased a bunch of cars and I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. There was no going back and forth with pricing trying to squeeze a few dollars off of the monthly payment or the upfront cost. Tina came out of the gate with a very competitive offer and delivered on what she promised. She asked all the right questions to make sure I got the best price possible (got me A Plan pricing thanks to my employer which no other dealer I worked with asked for). Even the process after I drove off the lot has been amazing. Tina has reached out to me multiple times to make sure I was happy with the car and answer any questions I’ve had. I don’t think I’ve ever received that level of customer service with any purchase I’ve ever made in my life, not just cars. To sum up, Tina, Pat, and the team at Prestige Volvo were exceptional! It made driving 2 hours from my home to the dealership well worth it and if I decide to stay with Volvo when my lease ends I’m fairly certain I will be making a trip back out to see them. If you’re in Tri-State area and in the market for a Volvo, do yourself a favor and give Tina a call. I’m pretty sure you will be happy you did! More
