The pictures, details, and Carfax showed us the like new condition the car was in. We met with Vinnie D'Accardi at Prestige Volvo and immediately knew I was at the right place. He was so professional and knowledgeable. He patiently showed us the car we were looking for, but also a couple of other options. There was no pressure to buy any of the cars we looked at. Vinnie took my son for a test drive even when the dealership was getting ready to close for the night. We did not feel rushed and he took the time we needed to go over the payment options that worked best for us. He advised us of the great program called Zurich Shield that Prestige Volvo offers to protect the condition of the car inside and out. Again, no pressure to purchase, but it made sense for my son. We were able to buy the car at a great price. Tina Bilokin, the sales manager helped to seal the deal and my son was able to buy his first car. She was genuinely happy for him which she expressed when she came over to congratulate him. Although I've used Prestige Volvo for service in the past, this was my first car purchase from the dealership. From the moment I was treated by Tina, the service manager I knew it was going to be a great experience. I was directed to salesman Ron Landström and I can't say enough about the professional, positive vibe he carried through the entire sales process. After deciding on the vehicle, I was treated to an expert and thorough explanation of the car's hi tech and safety oriented features by Patrick, a savvy and well versed pro who helped me set up all the special ap related features as well as giving me a complete tutorial of the vehicle's dash and consol controls. Finally the dreaded sit down with the finance manager to finalize the deal....and to my pleasant surprise the customer friendly focus I'd been treated to since walking through the front door continued as Jake breezed through the contract materials delicately avoiding the hard sell and pushy environment so many other dealers are famous for.
