When I calmly pointed out the unnecessary tone, he replied with a single letter: “K.” That one letter said it all—ego, immaturity, and a total lack of professionalism. If this is how Northway Automotive handles basic negotiation, I shudder to think how they handle real conflict. The kicker? I left a detailed review on Google. I had mixed feelings about my dealings with this dealership. There listing price does not include and expensive document fee or $600.00 or a $700.00 several year contract for a low jack they automat dealership. This made their pricing less competitive than I thought. They were busy while I was there, and the sales person was somewhat distracted with other buyers while working with me. They gave me a fair price on my trade in that aligned with another quote I received. When I left the dealership I discover one of the car remotes was not working. I was grateful when it only needed a battery. It did make me wonder how thoroughly they examined the car. They contacted me later stating they failed to apply my cash down payment to my sale and gave me the option to rectify it, all options seemed inconvenient and again concerning. More
