Tim was infinitely patient in getting me the exact car I wanted and followed up repeatedly to make sure I was happy with my purchase and didn't have any questions about the car. When I didn't hear from the service department about the extra detailing I purchased, he took care of the contact and got me an appointment the following week. I feel confident that if I had any questions about my car 6 months from now, I could contact Tim for help. More
