My wife and I came in to comparative shop between a Gladiator and a Bronco. It took well over 5 minutes for us to receive customer assistance from Tim. Our intent was to research and get a vibe for b Gladiator and a Bronco. It took well over 5 minutes for us to receive customer assistance from Tim. Our intent was to research and get a vibe for both vehicles. Ideally, drive both to assist with making an informed decision. The Gladiator we wanted to view had a clearly low left rear tire and Tim did not strike me as knowledgeable about the vehicle. We proceeded to the Bronco and Tim offered little to no insight about the this vehicle either. He seemed disinterested in working with us. The only thing he seemed interested in was getting our phone number. I politely declined, as we are still in the research phase of our search. I requested to take the Bronco for a test drive and Tim stated we’ll need more information (license, insurance, phone number, and email) I stated there is no reason for the final two. License and insurance is perfectly acceptable. As I reached into my pocket, Tim simply shrugged his shoulders. Now, I understand being disappointed that he would not be getting a sale today. However, if I were the manager of this dealership, I would want my sales staff to give the customer a REASON to come back. If a customer did not wish to provide a contact/email at this time, it should be respected until necessary. Due to Tim’s behavior, I will seek any other Ford dealer to make my next investment. A dealership should respect all customers and make them feel welcome. Not like a waste of their time. More

A huge shout-out to Tim, Allison, and the rest of the team at Ford Spring Hill. They took really good care of me and gave me the best deal possible. I wasn't the worst customer, but I wasn't the easiest team at Ford Spring Hill. They took really good care of me and gave me the best deal possible. I wasn't the worst customer, but I wasn't the easiest either. Tim was absolutely great, going back and forth between me and his managers, trying to get me the best deal possible. Even though we had some hiccups along the way, Allison and the rest of the managers hit a home run bending over backward so I could leave the dealership with my brand new 2024 Ford Maverick XLT. Everyone was very friendly and respectful, and I could not have been more pleased about it. I will definitely recommend all my military buddies here in Tampa to head over to Ford Spring Hill if they want to buy a Ford. It was an hour drive but absolutely worth it. Thank you so much to Tim, Allison, and the rest of the team for everything they did for me. More

On Monday, May 6 we delivered our Ford Edge with its failed sunroof to the Spring Hill dealership where we were greeted by Mike Stults. He was positive and professional and started working on our proble failed sunroof to the Spring Hill dealership where we were greeted by Mike Stults. He was positive and professional and started working on our problem immediately. He arranged a loner car, documented the damage, kept us informed about what he was doing and promised to keep us apprised on the status of the repairs - excellent communications. We had confidence in him and felt so much better about our situation. My wife explained that we needed the car to attend a celebration of life for her brother in Indiana. Mike was sympathetic and assured us he would do everything possible to have the car ready as soon as possible. He called when the needed parts were ordered and when he repairs were completed. When we picked up the car on May 13, he spent time with us and answered all of our questions. An employee like Mike is essential for a successful business and he spoke proudly of his years of association with Ford dealerships where he has served. Your commitment to having a quality workforce, a well-maintained facility, an excellent service department and an exceptional employee like Mike Stults is noticed and appreciated.
