tim who helped me with the car was MORE than helpful i really appreciated his help. the financial guy who i signed paper work & check i did NOT like and will no longer refer people there. He insisted my check was not accepted and pushing me to get a loan through them (aka make more money) i had to waste an hour on the phone with my bank telling me he is a lier and wants more money by me getting a loan there . So i asked for the manager and he said no we do take your check and accepted it. and the financial guy i guess was upset and made me sit there 2HOURS the place was empty he made me wait u till they literally closed to do the paper work. claimed he was busy with someone but i saw him walking around multiple times. tim had to keep calling him and looking for him to see what is going on i asked if the other guy was just being a jerk bc he wanted me so bad to get the loan there he said ehhh im not sure which means yes he agrees with me . I did NOT appreciate that it's so unprofessional and will let everyone know! and told suncoast in arcadia about him telling clients they don't accept their checks yet he said he would put it through their suncoast in order to trick and lie to people and she was going to file a report because of the incident. again very bad experience!!!!!!! More

We are extremely pleased with the service we received yesterday from Tim @ BMW of Sarasota. I found the car we wanted online, and Mia was extremely responsive and connected us with Tim Chestnut, who sp yesterday from Tim @ BMW of Sarasota. I found the car we wanted online, and Mia was extremely responsive and connected us with Tim Chestnut, who spent the day walking us through everything. Tim was kind enough to do a LOT of our legwork before we drove down from St. Petersburg, limiting our actual time at the dealership (huge plus!). The price was perfect and the service was excellent. 10/10! More

Tim made the process of purchasing my vehicle at BMW Sarasota as smooth and seamless as possible. I have just recently started going to BMW of Sarasota. Carlos Munoz has been great. He is direct and to the point, gets you in and out after the work is done. He tells you about issues and reward programs but doesn’t feel pushy at all. He has been everything I expect from an advisor. So far my interactions with BMW Sarasota have been excellent. I hope that doesn’t change. Because I have had nothing but problems since day one with Porsche of Tampa. And they are both owned by Morgan Auto Group. Highly recommend Carlos and BMW Sarasota though. More
