My visit to John Thornton Chevrolet was for an airbag recall on my 2007 Chevy pickup truck. I was greeted warmly and promptly, earning 5 stars. However, my visit wasn't for warm greetings and hot coffee, recall on my 2007 Chevy pickup truck. I was greeted warmly and promptly, earning 5 stars. However, my visit wasn't for warm greetings and hot coffee, I was there for warranty work on my truck which deserves 1 star. Now off to Home Depot to find screws for my glove compartment, which were missing. Update: It took three attempts to find the correct glove compartment screws. More
