My experience at Byers Mazda was exceptional. When i walked through door, I was immediately met by Salesperson Mike O'Brien. Mike took time to explain the difference between models that were avai When i walked through door, I was immediately met by Salesperson Mike O'Brien. Mike took time to explain the difference between models that were available and various options. A few days later my wife and I return to look at more cars. We decided on the model and color and options. He stated a car was being delivered on the weekend that was the color and options we wanted. He called me on Friday, we purchased on Saturday. Mike and the finance person(sorry I forgot his name), are excellent, did not apply any pressure regarding finance options. Just a wonderful experience at Byers Mazda. Going to buy a car can be a grueling full day experience that can take 6-8 hours that you will never get back. But Tim, Mike and Tristan walked us through the process and it was seamless. Everyone was so welcoming and really enjoyed sharing information about their cars. We did not feel pressured at any point even when I was having a difficult time selecting between my CX 70 and another brand car. The CX 70 was by far the more superior vehicle.
