Tim, Travis and Antonio were great! !! Very good customer service. They stayed after closing to help me out. And I never felt rushed in any way. I will be back for my next car and would !! I explicitly expressed that I was just looking to get information on a possible trade/used vehicle with limited time and kept getting told this would only take a few minutes which turned into over 2 hour information on a possible trade/used vehicle with limited time and kept getting told this would only take a few minutes which turned into over 2 hours and spending more than I wanted with less than expected terms I like the car but regret acting too fast. After purchasing my new truck I had a problem with it after four times bringing it back and waiting my time they finally got it fixed. I recently bought it in for service and two days later I had a warni after four times bringing it back and waiting my time they finally got it fixed. I recently bought it in for service and two days later I had a warning light come on. After pulling over and finding the light discrimination it was very vague, After shutting it off and restarting it the light went off. Started driving again and after a few blocks it came on again but the time it had a message for low washer fluid. Makes me wonder what else was not checked and what other fluids mere not topped off. More

When my 2014 Rogue required $6000 in repairs, Tim reached out to me and suggested I trade it in. Since I was in a spin about the cost I really appreciated his suggesting this option. He was remarkable throug out to me and suggested I trade it in. Since I was in a spin about the cost I really appreciated his suggesting this option. He was remarkable through the process and made it pleasurable. They gave me a fair value for my trade and I now own a beautiful 2024 Rogue. Tim was the best. More
