I closed on a GMC Canyon Denali with Henry Brown on
October 7. It was an internet sale and Henry Brown Buick/GMC couldn't figure out how to deliver it. After waiting over 2 weeks, I had to drive 400 mi
October 7. It was an internet sale and Henry Brown Buick/GMC couldn't figure out how to deliver it. After waiting over 2 weeks, I had to drive 400 miles, miss a day out of the office, and meet a 3rd party to receive the vehicle with no chance to refuse delivery. Only one key fob and key was included. $150. No service had been done to the vehicle. I had to change the oil and top off all fluids. $89 The low tire signal was on. There was a wire in one of the tires. I had to pay to repair it myself. $26. The "Service 4WD" warning was on. I've had to take it to a GM certified shop two different times and be without a vehicle for two days. It still works sporadically. A third trip is scheduled. The vehicle was filthy on the inside with the added bonus of smelling like dog. The windows were covered with dog slobber. It cost me $300 to have it cleaned and still another day without a vehicle. I was sold an Auto Butler account for $399. There is no Auto Butler franchises in the state of Colorado. I was told there is a state of the art $799 aftermarket security system called IKON on the vehicle. Two weeks after purchase I got a link to a cheap $35 app. I was told that the windows were tinted, and door edging was installed for $499. They were not. The dealership and sales staff, all claiming to be managers, Rob Upchurch, Tim Tracy, and Dwayne Champion, have been totally unresponsive except to send me a gift card. Do not do business with this business.
They cost me over 2 Grand out of pocket and 5 or 6 days without a vehicle or out of the office.

You have spoken in length to several managers. We have reimbursed you over $837.00 by check, and have sent a $100.00 gift card as an apology for your inconveniences.
At this time we feel we have done everything possible to satisfy you, It is disappointing to know our efforts were unsuccessful.
We will continue to learn from our experiences, and continue to work towards our goal of every customer being 100% satisfied.

We have issued credits in the form of checks that amount to over $837.00 plus a gift card of $100.00. As a business we keep copies of these refunds. I will provide you copies of these checks via email.

Sorry. I received.a 100 dollar gift card and a $150. Keep on lying. It will get you places. If you wanted to completely satisfy customers you might consider returning phone calls, responding to emails, and taking their concerns seriously.

If your assertion that you intend to keep every customer completely satisfied weren't so ludicrous it would be humorous.
You couldn't have given me worse service if you had been trying.
I called constantly from the day I took delivery.
Not once did I receive a return phone call.
You failed to return email on a regular basis.
Every one of you I talked with claimed to be the manager.
Most of you argued about the condition of the vehicle.
The fact is you sold a vehicle that you couldn't deliver, was filthy and smelled like dog, and was not serviced. The vehicle had a number of mechanical problems both major and minor. You charged me for several products and services I did not receive and acted like products not provided were someone else's fault.
It's cost me at least three days out of the office and now 5 days and counting without the vehicle while it was being serviced or repaired or cleaned.
And then you didn't give a rat's xxx.
On top of it you tried to offer me a gift certificate for lunch to help "earn back your trust."
All this on a deal of around $36,000 on the front end and $55,000 on the back!
I intend to give you a negative review on every possible venue going forward.
