My comments below will, I am sure, fully justify my five star review. I contacted Rock County Honda in order to get rid of a very high car payment by trading my car in for a similar car. Rock County Honda took my 2015 Fit in trade for a 2019 Fit and set me up with a relatively high mileage lease which, as I wanted from the beginning, saves me $176.00 a month. The salesman I originally spoke to on the phone was on his day off when I actually went in and the Sales Manager, Tim Thompson, took care of everything, giving credit to the salesman.who actually delivered the car. The salesman, Tom Stemm, could not have been more helpful, especially going over the new, confusing electronic 'marvels' that abound in this new car. Later in the week, I got a call that the county in which I reside was inadvertently left off of the lease agreement. Chris Klemen from Finance came over to my house in horrible weather in order to re-do the paperwork. From dealing with the body shop and service in the past and now sales, I cannot say anything bad about this dealership. If you need to buy a new Honda or get any service done, whether normal service or body shop, I recommend this dealer highly. More
