Tim Stewart, the commercial account manager there, was a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy going. This is my third Ford purchase, but my first from Sunset Ford. Fortunately, third time's a charm as my interaction with the team couldn't have been better. He kept in close contact with us through the entire process and went above and beyond with answering each and every question. For the financing portion, we worked with Jeff Farrah. Jeff was very approachable and extremely easy to work with. He made the boring parts of the process much more pleasing and similar to Tim, answered all questions. Plus his favorite color is orange, which isn't too shabby! Overall, Sunset Ford gets perfect scores from start to finish. If our next vehicle is going to be a Ford, I know exactly where to go. More
