The process of buying a car was smooth, without any pressure from the dealer. Pre-arrival contact by email s was efficient. Steve who had many years of experience helped me with every question I had and even spoke with his boss on a discount for me. I went other Toyota dealers and they were not welcoming and unprofessional. I live quite far from this dealer but u don’t mind going there for my car oil change and other maintenance things. They are so friendly and welcoming, they treat each and everyone like a family. Their finance manager Pat was a very humble guy. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used cars. They are awesome, no words to even describe and I’m so happy with my new car and thank you to Steve and Joe!
