Each member seem to be genuinely concerned that we were being taken care of and offering us a cold bottle of water even if we were working with another sales person. Even the receptionist was willing to have a conversation with my wife about whatever, they seem to enjoy what they were talking about, and offering us a peppermint when we entered the dealership. I wanted a certain c I won't go into a lot of detail, but suffice it to say that buying a car here was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I wanted a certain car and I had my price. Tim gave me the Kelly Blue Book value for my car and and showed me the total cost, which was right where I wanted to be. I was sure that I was going to buy the car, but I wanted an extra day before I did it. There was absolutely no hard sell from Tim or Peter and they did not try to give me any story about why I had to buy it right away. I came back the next day and bought the car. Because I was paying cash and needed to transfer some money, I expected to have to wait a couple of days to get the car, but I drove it home and brought the money two days later. I can think of nothing negative about anything that transpired. Tim and Peter were great, as was the gentleman in finance, whose name does not appear below. An easy 5 stars! More

Calm, generous with his time, and I trusted him to assist me in making the right decision. In fact, I thought I wanted something specific and then ended up with his recommendation. There was no pressure, no hidden fees, and they beat my credit union rate for finance. Travis in finance, Mark in management - I echo the same sentiments.
