After searching and comparing different car brands, we knew Lexus was the right place as soon as we walked in. The experience was pressure-free and there weren’t any pushy sales tactics. We couldn’t have had a better experience. We worked with Tim Smith and he answered all our questions and was very proactive in sending us updates on the GX 550 we ordered but never pushy. He did not bombard us with emails. We were fortunate enough to deal with Tim throughout the transaction. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and understanding of our needs and worked tirelessly to make it happen. It was obvious from the time we met that we would be very comfortable with him, and based on the number of awards he’s received, many others have been too. You won’t find a better person to work with on your next Lexus purchase than Tim Smith.
