My husband and I have dealt with Conicelli of Conshohocken for many years and were always very pleased with the sales as well as the maintenance department. Everyone is friendly and proficient i Conshohocken for many years and were always very pleased with the sales as well as the maintenance department. Everyone is friendly and proficient in their jobs. After my husband died I was nervous about buying and caring for my Avalon because that was his department. Paul Smith sold me my car and was very transparent with the costs, steering me in the right direction with everything. I fell in love with my white Avalon with luggage interior, and bought it off the floor. There was a problem syncing my car and my phone….. It was a lucky day when Mark Elmore assigned Tim Santo to help me with the technology. He quickly fixed the issue and has helped me with everything ever since. He is VERY patient with this old lady and is an excellent teacher. I call him to answer any questions I have about connective services or car maintenance in general.I trust him. Bonnie Kaplan . More

On January 2nd 2020 I stopped into the Conicelli service department and I needed help to get my 8th seat back in place and also to learn how to take it in and out appropriately we recently had a family day department and I needed help to get my 8th seat back in place and also to learn how to take it in and out appropriately we recently had a family day trip and it was a bit challenging to use the eighth seat. Tim Santo was very helpful even though I didn't have an appointment he showed me how to get the seat out and and in, and checked to make sure that it wasn't damaged in any way which was wonderful to know I really appreciated his help an assistance took the worry off my mind with using the seat and also being a sure that it wasn't broken. More
