Sorry to hear about the experience you had with your vehicle. I have forwarded your concerns regarding the check engine light to our service manager, Wade Knuckles. I spoke to Wade and he told me that what the oil change light needs to be reset. It was not on when they did the change. This light comes on automatically when a certain number of miles are hit. If you call Wade at the store, 636-591-0500 he will be happy to take care of that light for you. Is there a reason for your tagging of Andy Miller, a salesperson not involved in your purchase? Did you speak with our service advisor Bill Buchholz? The service advisor Tim Riley was not working that day. Eric Harrelson, the service director is officed at our VW/Subaru store so you probably had no contact with him. We take our reviews seriously, and use them to better ourselves as a dealership. We also want to make sure the review reflects the correct information on the correct people for each customer experience. As I said, please contact Wade Knuckles, the Hyundai service manager. He is aware of the mainenance light and will be happy to take care of that for you.

My wife bought a 2021 Hyundai Palisade from them in April. I noticed in May that's the brand new SUV was leaking oil at 1500 miles. Had a hard time getting the service department to get the SUV in to be checked out!! Finally was able to get the SUV service and was told by the service department that there was a oil line not completely tighten doing the assembly of the SUV. Need I remind you that we couldn't get a loaner vehicle because none was available!! Two weeks ago 10/09)2021 I noticed that the SUV was still leaking oil again. Contact Dean team service department and again was having a hard time getting the SUV service or a loaner car!! Been on a list for two weeks to get a loaner vehicle because of the oil leak is really bad!! Had to rent a vehicle from Enterprise to back and forwards to work with my own money!! My sales rep Weldon said that is nothing he could do at this point too assist with this situation!! So now I have a brand new SUV sitting in the garage leaking oil everywhere waiting on Dean team to get this situation dealt with!!
