We were car shopping and visited 5 dealerships the same day. They were the worst. They insisted on checking my credit before they can say the price of the vehicle! Staff at first impression is very nice bu day. They were the worst. They insisted on checking my credit before they can say the price of the vehicle! Staff at first impression is very nice but have no knowledge of the products they sell which is very unprofessional. It took an hour.(mind they weren’t busy at all at that time) before we could go and see a vehicle we were interested in. What a waste of time. Salesman called me 2 days after we were there to follow up. I told him we already bought the car somewhere else. After asking what we bought he tried to guilt trip me. When I start telling him my feedback of the experience there, we’ve got disconnected. I called back, ask for him to find out if we got disconnected or did he hang up on me. He said he dropped the call!- That I was rude and disrespectful and I was cussing at him (I used word BS- which was used at our visit there too). He started telling me he doesn’t care where I bought the car. When I asked for the store manager he said I don’t need to talk to a manager- I’m talking to him now. I called the dealership again and asked for the store manager. The store manager was trained in being polite but he really didn’t care at all. He offered me a free oil change- we bought a brand new car with first 5 free oil changes). Bad, bad, bad place to bring your business to. I had better experiences buying from a cheap pay here buy here car lots than from this place selling expensive vehicles. Go somewhere else. It’s worth driving few extra miles and be treated right than come to South Oak and deal with ignorance and arrogance. More
