Initially I called to schedule recall appt. and was placed on a list with approx. 300+ ahead of me. When I called several weeks later to see where I was on the list I had to leave a message. After not hearing back I received a call from the salesman telling me it'd been 2 yrs. since the purchase of my crv. I told him I wasnt happy the service department didnt return my call. I received a call within an hour. Later after experiencing issues with my crv's steering I made an appointment 3 weeks out. Being assured they'd set aside a part for me. After getting up at 6 and driving 45 minutes to my appt.. I was informed they used the last part on Wednesday and didn't have the part required for the recall. I was told they should have called you. Obviously they didn't. They were supposed to call me when they had the part after no call I had my husband call. Oh we just got them I was going to call you. Right. The only redeeming thing about this experience was the gentleman in service who took care of things when I brought the crv in. He was far more professional than anyone else I dealt with. Needless to say I won't be dealing with Diehl in the future. I drive 30 extra miles to Park or Serra More

I was very impressed with TIM. He was knowledgeable. He followed up with us. I have purchased four Hondas over the years. This was the first Honda I purchased from Waikem/Diehl. All my Honda’s maintenance has been done by Waikem/Diehl but no purchases. Tim was the main reason for my purchase of two new cars. More

Tim was extremely friendly, helpful and straightforward. He didn't pressure me but he also didn't sugarcoat anything. He led me to make an informed decision that I feel great about.
