Age 58 born Cincinnati, Ohio youngest of 5 boys attended Mariemont High School. Attended Otterbein College and graduated with a degree in business and a minor in History. Worked in the printing Industry for twenty five years and the automobile industry for 1 ½ years. My wife Lisa and I met at Otterbein and have been married for 30 years. I have 3 beautiful daughters who attended Ohio State, University of Cincinnati and the University of Kentucky.

I personally dread the process of buying a car, but if all car buying experiences were like this one and all car salesmen like Tim Potts, I would never dread it again. This was the most pleasant car buyi all car buying experiences were like this one and all car salesmen like Tim Potts, I would never dread it again. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had and I did it all online. Tim was helpful and straightforward and went above and beyond what he needed to do. The vehicle we bought looked better than the pictures showed; we are so happy with it. Even though there was a hiccup with the shipping getting the car here to Tennessee, I can't complain at all. They did more than necessary to compensate for the arrival being a few days later than anticipated and the two men who drove the car down here, Benny and Jory, were so kind. I also don't want to forget Ray who helped with paying for the vehicle. I am beyond pleased and would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Purchases a Camry 2012 from them. The sales rep advised me to take a loan and not pay cash as I can always payoff anytime. He never told me that there is a 150 dollar penalty for early pay off that I found me to take a loan and not pay cash as I can always payoff anytime. He never told me that there is a 150 dollar penalty for early pay off that I found out when I contacted the loan company. Called the sales rep to see what can be done. He said he is busy and will call back and never did. Called again to talk to branch manager. Their accounting person took the call and told me manager is not available and if he can help. Told him the story and he replied 150 dollar is not a big amount to make fuss about. I insisted to talk to the manager. He took my number and told me the manager will call when he is available. No one ever called back and I ended up paying 150 dollars extra to the lender. If you like this kind of customer service, you are more than welcome to go to this business. I feel more insulted then actually loosing 150 dollars. More
