I'm amazed at the service of Long McArther Ford of Salina! It all started with a youtube video with Tim that prompted me to consider Long McArther. I got a call an hour later from Eric who was looking forward to helping me get in to my new Maverick. Although my wife and I were a little late, Eric was accommodating and was waiting to welcome us when we walked through the door! It was an easy sell, I already knew exactly what I wanted, so Eric didn't waste any time helping me get exactly that. Everything about the experience was warm and receptive. They absolutely went the extra mile. I will probably never go to any other Ford Dealer again! These folks succeeded where all other dealerships I went to had completely failed! More
