One of my best experiences in a dealership. I’ve called several dealers looking for a new Highlander. Times what they are now, most dealers were charging over msrp or making consumers buy aftermarket packa several dealers looking for a new Highlander. Car was priced at msrp and no pressure to purchase additional options. Our sales Rep. Robert was very polite, helpful and respectful. The sales manager Tim and our financial officer Rich were easy to work with. I wish more dealers would practice no pressure sales like Naperville Toyota. More
