Great selling you a GMC vehicle, but it turned into a lemon within the first 2 months. Then the dealership managers stopped any support. One comment "well we did not make the pickup". Process took 6 plus lemon within the first 2 months. Then the dealership managers stopped any support. One comment "well we did not make the pickup". Process took 6 plus months to resolve with no help from the Markley dealership. Asked for refund on after market part for 4 months, for a part that was ordered and never received. Asked for help on who contact for stating the buy back process, and it was a drag your feet, not the dealership problem. Asked for loaner car during the repair process (when we thought it could be repaired) and Markley said there is a waiting list, or we could went a car (would not be fully reimbursed from GMC if we did). waited and waited for communication from Markley....and they would not help, several areas of the managers contributed to this low rating. a "0" for after sales support. If you get a lemon from here and do the buy back process, make sure to take any after MFG parts off of the vehicle. Also make sure to cancel any extended warranty purchased and get a refund. Lost $2K+ on a GMC truck only driven 2200 miles and would have lost an additional $5K if we listened to the Markley managers (or lack of information). Not a good experience. More

My experiences at Markley Motors have kept me coming back for 14yrs. for 4 vehicles. I highly recommend Markley to anyone looking to have a car buying experience vs. a transaction with very kind, knowledgable people. I would like so much to give a special shout out to Gary Ihle who I cannot say enough to express how appreciative I am. Gary is quite adept at listening, answering questions, exploring options and fluidly demonstrates fantastic interpersonal skills. He is a true asset to Markley. Nice, friendly people. We really liked our Salesman Keith Sigman, and also the Sales Manager Tim Northburg. They were both very professional, nice guys, and buying from them was a pleasant and easy experience. Of course, they wanted us to buy our Pilot but they didn't pressure us or become rude in any way, which has happened to us at other dealers. Liked the warranties and are very happy with our Pilot. Was surprised that the third row seat has good room and we could both fit comfortably in it, and I'm 6"3". More

I had made an appointment and they were ready for me when i arrived. Free car wash was added value. More

I had several aftermarket accessories installed on my Civic, which were done professionally and quickly. My salesman, Jay Pollock, was outstanding to work with. His low-pressure, but helpful approach made this purchase an enjoyable one. He informed me when I needed to know my options and then gave me all the time I needed to come to my own decision. When I buy a new Honda, I'm going to Markley Honda and I'm seeking out Jay Pollock to be my salesman. Also a shout-out to Tim Northburg. Between Jay and Tim, they kindly and patiently kept me in the loop every step of the journey. Since I ordered my Civic instead of buying from the stock inventory, this process was a long process, making their dedication to me and the process so much more valuable. Thanks guys. More
