I have bought a lot of vehicles but this was the easiest purchase I have made to date. Tim and Ike were very transparent, no games played. This would be a place I’d send my mother to buy a car. Tim and Shawn were excellent to work with. I had many questions about features and functions and all were explained clearly - all the way to the paperwork to finalize purchase. I test drove the Forester and Outback and ended up buying the Outback the next day. When I pick ip Outback Shawn will go over basic operational functions again and after a couple weeks he will go over again and educate me on additional functions. This was by far the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had in my 40+ years of buying vehicles. No salesperson xx or pressure. Transparent. The financing options were also a factor in purchasing the Outback. What a great team at Dean Team Subaru! Well done. More

Over our many years of driving, we have visited several dealerships, including a Subaru Dealer in Bolingbrook, IL., in the 1980s. Dean Team Subaru was the best as far as the Salespeople not swooping in, bu dealerships, including a Subaru Dealer in Bolingbrook, IL., in the 1980s. Dean Team Subaru was the best as far as the Salespeople not swooping in, but instead allowing us to look at some of the cars first. Tim, our Sales Associate, was a very nice guy and worked with our special requests without issues or attempting to divert us into a higher commission bracket for him. We would highly recommend Dean Team Subaru and especially Tim if you are looking for a quality Vehicle! More
