The purchase process went smoothly, however we were disappointed at the state of the vehicle when we received it after being detailed. When we told the salesman that we were not happy with the cleaning job, his response was, “It’s better than before.” To his credit, he did end up coming back and saying we could schedule another detailing, but after several attempts on our part to schedule it, and no follow up on their part, we ended up spending hours cleaning it ourselves.
