Michael was sincere, helpful and treated us like family, because of him we had a positive experience. He showed us the benefits of buying a new vehicle versus a used one but stressed in the end it's about what we want and need. We took his advice and couldn't be happier. We just recommended a coworker of my husbands to talk to Michael Abri as he heard about our experience and wants a new truck! Tim Naasz processed our loan and paperwork fast and efficiently. At one point we had changed our mind about a vehicle after Tim had spent the time getting all the paperwork ready.
