Jake and the whole experience was great! We felt welcomed and he kept us updated at all times. The process was shorter than we anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. I had a couple issues with the car, which I was able to text Jake about and he got me set up with the service department right away. Tim and the service department were great as well!
