Jake and the whole experience was great! We felt welcomed and he kept us updated at all times. The process was shorter than we anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. I had a couple issues with the car, which I was able to text Jake about and he got me set up with the service department right away. Tim and the service department were great as well! Very communicative and understating. This is definitely the best car dealer experience I’ve ever had. The whole Royal group gets an A++ in our book! Thank you all! More
