John Albany is a highly effective manager in the service department. I had my newly acquired used car in for a check of the brake system and to have my windows tinted. My appointments were at 10 am for wind department. I had my newly acquired used car in for a check of the brake system and to have my windows tinted. My appointments were at 10 am for window tinting and 2 pm for the brakes. I thought it was going to be a very long day of sitting in the dealership. However John took my car after the windows were tinted and had the brakes fixed immediately. My service appointment was at 2pm but he had me out at 12:30. Thank you John. More
