This will probably be taken down I am sure. I bought my 2020 Elantra new in 2020 and had every service, Oil changes) , recalls done at this dealership. when my car had gotten close to 19000 mil I bought my 2020 Elantra new in 2020 and had every service, Oil changes) , recalls done at this dealership. when my car had gotten close to 19000 miles I started hearing a taping noise in my engine. probably for a straight year of taking my car in for regular oil changes I told them about this tapping noise, each and every time they documented it on my invoice of not finding anything wrong. eventually in the last few months my engine was making a terrible roaring noise and I immediately took it back in and ask them to investigate. The same day they called me in the afternoon and told me the car was unsafe to drive that the motor needed to be replaced. they said the cylinders were scored. Apparently with the fact of not finding anything wrong in that there was a tapping noise at all the oil changes, My engine was using oil and had did all this damage during this time. The engine was then replaced in January 2022. After having it back about a month I have taken my car back to service for oil leakage 3 times and got the run around about getting a loaner car for getting back and forth to work. What next???? My car has only 23000 miles on it at the present time and I am afraid to take it too far from home. I work less than 5 miles from work so that is a good thing. I am not sure what to do from here but keep corporate customer care informed of all updates. I know the service advisers are over their heads in keeping up with it all. More

I came in to have my vehicle serviced and Tim was the advisor who helped me. I had a issue with my engine. He let me know it would take a day or two to be checked. He informed me the engine needed to be advisor who helped me. I had a issue with my engine. He let me know it would take a day or two to be checked. He informed me the engine needed to be replaced. He got me a rental car and he would periodically keep me informed. He's very courteous and sincere in helping his customers. He's an asset to your company. More

I really when wanted to buy new car, I went first to Nissan dealership then Honda then Toyota.. I saw they don’t support you to buy, at Honda the sell guy said I can’t give you quotes if you don’t promi Nissan dealership then Honda then Toyota.. I saw they don’t support you to buy, at Honda the sell guy said I can’t give you quotes if you don’t promise to buy … the others seemed they don’t respect the customer well But when I visited suntrup Hyundai and talked to the seller guy his name was David… he was very gentle and talk to me with respect.. he walked and showed me what available despite he was sick and has problems in his feet. And when the car been ready.. I wasn’t at the country.. they delivered the car to my family. Such wonderful deal and The price was On the MSRP just paid processing fee. More

Kyle's a straight shooter and that is greatly appreciated. He was very patient and answered all of my question in detail. If he didn't have the answer, he found someone who did.
