I looked to dealer rater for help finding a sales person and it was spot on! It led me to Yamen and he was absolutely amazing. I had the best experience. He was patient with me, never made me feel pressured and it was spot on! It led me to Yamen and he was absolutely amazing. I had the best experience. I was waiting for the new Jeep Wagoneer to be released and he kept me apprised for almost a year, answering my million questions and understanding my needs. I also liked that if he didn’t know the answer to something (which was rare!) he would get right back to me and not xxxxxxxx me like most sales guys would do. Tim along with Yamen were very friendly, got us the prices we were looking for with many options to chose from. And that’s what brought us into the dealership the next day and made us go ahead with the car. Yamen went above and beyond explaining the different features in the car which made us fall in love with it.
