Car Buying Experience- Good I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Jeep from this dealership. James helped me and my father with the purchase. Overall I did feel that I got a I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Jeep from this dealership. James helped me and my father with the purchase. Overall I did feel that I got a fair price on the Jeep. The only complaints I have is that it took a lot longer time-wise than any other car purchase I've done. It also was a holiday, so Im not sure if that had anything to do with it. The manager Tim did buy us lunch while we were sitting waiting which was very kind. A few days after purchasing my car I found that a standard tool kit was missing. This is vital to be able to pop the top off the jeep. I called and asked about it and did not get a call back from James for a few days, so I called again today and he asked me to come by tomorrow and try to figure it out. So I guess we will see what happens. More
