This was our second Outback purchase, the other in 2019 , we purchased elsewhere. This purchase from Shingle Springs was much better. More

We bought our 2021 Subaru Forester Limited from Shingle Springs Subaru in February 2024 even though there are other Subaru dealers closer to where we live in Roseville. We are completely satisfied with the experience and with the way Tim and Jeff handled the whole transaction. All our questions were answered and we will definitely be visiting them again when we need another car. Omar handled the finance end of the transaction and we are also extremely satisfied with the way he walked us through finalizing the purchase. We can't say enough good things about Shingle Springs Subaru. If they are a little further away from you I can tell you they are definitely worth the trip! Update about Service Department 3/26/24: We bought some window deflectors online from Shingle Springs Subaru and I included a note that we were going to schedule a service appointment to have them installed. I scheduled a service appointment online for 9:00 AM today to have them install the window deflectors and included a note their parts department had them on order. They were done and we were on our way by 10:15 AM. Mike, the service advisor was super friendly and helpful and made the visit overall a successful visit. We are very happy with their sales and service and will be bringing our car there for service from now on! More

If you're looking for a low-pressure dealership with fantastic staff and follow-through, then you've found the ideal place. We contacted the dealer to inquire about stock, had an extremely helpful reply back. We went up and test drove one of the vehicles we were interested in and obtained a quote. Our experience with both the vehicle brand and the dealership was so fantastic, that we ended up going back and buying another vehicle (a Legacy). So, we bought TWO cars from them in 5 days! How often can anyone offer that kind of positive testimony? More

I contacted Tim Gonzales and before I drove 1 hour to meet hime, I had already talked about price ranges, especially for Costco members and their auto buying program. Tim was polite, and professional. I do not do well with sales people that put high pressure, and made it clear to Tim. He did not put any pressure on me at all. I hate the car buying experience and process in general, but with Tim, it was quite easy, smooth and to my satisfaction. I will be going back to Tim. The dealership is not important to me, the sales person who works in sync with me is. More
