My experience at BMW of Ramsey was absolutely horrendous. The client advisor Damion Lawrence and his manager Tim were both disrespectful and dishonest. The price of the vehicle shown on their website clearly states that it includes all charges and fees except tax, title, registration, and document fee of $899. When the price was presented to me after the test drive, it included thousands of dollars in extra fees and add-ons that came out of nowhere. When questioned about the charges, rather than providing a rational response, I was given hostility and excuses. I was told that I just didn't understand how the car industry works and that this is just how it's done. Their positive google reviews are in no way representative of my time at BMW of Ramsey. Stay away! More

Very disappointing that you offered for me to call but then don’t return my phone call. Very poor customer experience. I’m usually not the type of person to leave a review but I feel strongly about lea then don’t return my phone call. Very poor customer experience. I’m usually not the type of person to leave a review but I feel strongly about leaving this one. I was super excited about the prospect of leasing my first BMW. I appreciate that we were able to finally reach an agreement on the selling price but things completely fell apart when it came to the upfront costs. From the beginning we made it clear that we wanted transparency on the numbers. Finally, when I challenged why there was an $11 difference the Sales Manager told me something that didn’t add up. The difference between $322 and $311 is not $17.05. The whole deal fell apart over $11. That seems utterly ridiculous and from my opinion a poor business decision and poor customer experience. Very, very disappointing. I’m sorry I’m not one of those customers that can speak to a wonderful experience. More

After I picked up my car on my way home I found that I left my home keys in the loaner car. It was 5 pm and I tried to contact my services agent or anybody else but no one pick up the .it update me becau left my home keys in the loaner car. It was 5 pm and I tried to contact my services agent or anybody else but no one pick up the .it update me because the office close at 6 pm and don’t have my home and office keys and no one in my house. Finally I contact the front desk that send one of the managers to find my keys. It was very close. That’s not the first time that happened to me , part of the service is someone to pick up the phone but apparently you don’t have enough personnel despite the facts you charge more than $200 an hour for maintenance. Please approve your customer service. I’m with you more than 25?years and the service isn’t improving. More
