I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service. Our fleet car was repaired and returned to us the same day, which exceeded my expectations. Tim Farrand was my service advisor and was very friendly and explained everything needed to be done including a minor recall fix. I had an inspection ‘done’ weeks ago but it wasn’t and I had to go back up there to get it done. Even with that, I had to wait 30 mins and when everything was done they didn’t pull my car up but I had to wa had to go back up there to get it done. I wasn’t very happy about how I had to come back up there - I’m a working mom so every precious second counts and then yall made me walk to my car when normally the vehicle gets pulled up. I just felt my time was disrespected and Im not a valued customer - I’ve been going to this location for years and bought my car there. I may have to consider another Toyota when purchasing my next vehicle. More
