The sales team was great. Good selection but the purchase process was not as smooth as I would expect .. too many different sales people and managers that never really had a real answer when I would be able to pick up vehicle I purch as I would expect .. too many different sales people and managers that never really had a real answer when I would be able to pick up vehicle I purchased Laura was great during the paperwork/finance part of this experience, but after that I just wanted to pick it up but had to call/text/email for days to find answers on what was going on with the service part .. so I could come and take it ..
