Salesman Tim Easterling was fantastic throughout the entire process. Last June, he approached me on the showroom floor and asked if I needed assistance. From the start he was extremely professional and explained all inquiries thoroughly. I contacted him sporadically until the vehicle arrived and he kept me abreast of my place on the list. He apprised me of the anticipated arrival date. Mr. Easterling was very detailed with my introduction to all of the new technology. I am beyond appreciative and thankful for the assistance he provided. Mr. Sam Chau was my Financial Service Manager. He, too, was great! He made me aware of all coverage and financial options. Mr. Chau was professional with his relay of info as well. I am appreciative and thankful for his assistance as well. I consider both of them blessings throughout the entire process! And I absolutely love my vehicle! More

They are always nice and respectful. Sales and service are very organized and helpful. They never disappoint.
