I have been in the automotive business since 1988. First as a parts manager then as a parts and service director in Minot ND. Then in sales at Gateway Hyundai/Nissan since 2011. My wife Jean and I have three boys two in Fargo and one in Mandan. We enjoy our five grand children and really love living in the Fargo/Moorhead area.

Tim Brandt was a great guy to work with. He actually sat in the car with me and went through all the buttons. Paired my phone to the car; told me the wonderful warranty plans; connected me He actually sat in the car with me and went through all the buttons. TIm Brandt was respectful in his approach for the car sale. I mentionef I was looking for an Hyundai Santa Cruz SEL, because it had what what I wanted when it came to functionality. I didn't want any oth sale. I mentionef I was looking for an Hyundai Santa Cruz SEL, because it had what what I wanted when it came to functionality. I didn't want any other trim package. I also mentioned that I was 3rd shift, and asked him to only text me, which he did. He didn't try to push a sale, which is always a positive for me. As a side note, I walked out on a sale years ago from a different dealership, Greene Chevrolet out of Peoria IL, because the obnoxious pushy behavior of two of the sales people. Told both of them off with a few explatives and never went back to that dealership again. I even went out of my way to tell friends and aquaintenses to avoid it because of their bully-like sales tactics. From my point of view, I'm the one with the money, so long as I'm not rude, I deserve courtesy. Tim was the complete opposite of the Greene sales team. He's approachable and conscientious of what I was looking for. The rest of the sales team was great too, but Tim was the primary factor dor Gateway getting the sale. More
