I’ve bought a 2020 ford explorer an I have had tons of issues. It’s been 8 months since I’ve bought it an at least 6 of those months it’s been in the shop multiple times it’s poor business an when u call issues. A simple dent in quarter. And they took 2 weeks to fix. Should of been 3 days. Added a bunch of repairs and sent to insurance twice the price of quote. Even though I said ov And they took 2 weeks to fix. Should of been 3 days. Added a bunch of repairs and sent to insurance twice the price of quote. Even though I said over and over I will self pay. Sad thing is I do this work at Ford motor right down the road. I just don't have the equipment at home. I can cut out and replace a quarter in 3 days. They take 2 weeks to fix a dent. Severe mismanagement. Its sad a Ford worker gets treated like this from a Ford dealership. More
