I came in with my guard up and ready to show these guys I was gonna play hard ball, but there was no need for any of that here at Lou Sobh Kia. I worked with Larry Levin and Robert Baptiste. They sensed I was afraid of the process and immediately started working their magic. Robert especially made me feel at ease. I was honest and told him I did not want to be taken advantage of. He assured me that I would be treated equally and with dignity and respect. He sold me a great car at a great price and even helped with the certified pre-owned warranty. More than that though, he and the men here at Lou Sobh Kia have made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I will definitely tell all my friends if this great experience and send anyone I know in search of vehicle to them. He worked with us and followed up with his Manager to make sure that we got the best deal they could offer. The outcome of the experience was that we bought the car we had our heart set on, thanks to a staff that worked with us and our budget.
