Purchased my Landrover Range Rover from Kearns and brought it in 6 weeks ago for a front license plate bracket to be installed. They drilled 2 holes incorrectly into my new bumper, then drilled more h brought it in 6 weeks ago for a front license plate bracket to be installed. They drilled 2 holes incorrectly into my new bumper, then drilled more holes to move the license plate. They use touchup paint to fill the holes when they should’ve replaced the entire bumper, the radar sensor for the cruise control is not working correctly so now I have no cruise control and it’s a $2500 part and they refused to acknowledge that they damaged the radar sensor. After working with the service department manager Rafael who I would not recommend I asked to speak with the manager above him, and Tim was definitely not customer service orientated and was not agreeable. His customer service skills are less than to be desired. I do not recommend working with the service department Or the sales person, Tim. More

Phil rocks! Aggressive, knowledgeable salesman who didn't push too hard. Picked up a great deal on a Toyota Tundra and I absolutely love it, it fits my needs perfectly and we put together a square deal on it. All I’m gonna say is do a very thorough inspection on any vehicle you’re interested in from Kearns before purchasing. I started off pleasantly surprised with the dealership only to be completely disappointe vehicle you’re interested in from Kearns before purchasing. I started off pleasantly surprised with the dealership only to be completely disappointed in my purchase. Truck broke down 3.5hrs into a family vaca first day of ownership, seized turbo, had to rent a truck to continue. Kearns offer no compensation for this. Bad weather when I picked up truck, got it home in garage only to find the truck body beat up bad. Kearns motors half xxx did repairs or had touch up guy fill in the hundreds of rock chips after multiple trips back to Kearns for repairs, no compensation for all my travels to make truck half xxx presentable for 50k I paid. Then there’s the interior, filthy! I was told they just got truck in and hadn’t had time to run a detail, yet I had saved the truck on cargurus weeks ago and it was on car gurus for 40+ days. Lesson learned just because a vehicle is only 1yr old and 24k miles doesn’t mean it’s ok to purchase sight unseen, at least not from Kearns motors. Good job Kearns of Johnson Creek, way to treat a hard working blue collar man and his hard earned money while you have a showroom full of exotic cars. Clearly you could afford to make this right but choose not to so you’ve lost any repeat or work of mouth business here and earned this review. I rarely do reviews but I felt you guys deserve one! More
