I am a proven manager in various industries now taking on a Sales Consultant role with Toyota of Des Moines. I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where I served from 92-96. I am married with 5 boys in the Johnston area(near Camp Dodge) where we are heavily involved in high school baseball and soccer. I am a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan, but a bigger fan of singing. I hBe no idea who Eric Happen is. Toyota should have st least one available car of every model on the lot at all yrs. It is expecting a lot for them to expect me to "order" am item as Toyota should have st least one available car of every model on the lot at all yrs. It is expecting a lot for them to expect me to "order" am item as expensive as a car based on a brochure or a picture on a computer and then wait a minimum of 3-4 months to actually get to see the car in person, sit in it and hopefully get to test drive it. This is a ridiculous marketing strategy! More

I had no stress buying my car. Tim was relaxed, knowledgeable, respectful, open and honest, and easy to work with.
