I am a proven manager in various industries now taking on a Sales Consultant role with Toyota of Des Moines. I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where I served from 92-96. I am married with 5 boys in the Johnston area(near Camp Dodge) where we are heavily involved in high school baseball and soccer. I am a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan, but a bigger fan of singing. Communication between the service department with me was lacking. Had scheduled my appointment for my drivers side door lock repair as well as an interior detailing. When I arrived for my appointment they o lacking. Had scheduled my appointment for my drivers side door lock repair as well as an interior detailing. When I arrived for my appointment they only had me down for the lock repair. They were able to do the interior detailing as well but it was frustrating that they didn’t schedule the appointment correctly in the first place. The next day I asked around 1pm if the service was completed and if I could pick up my car yet, they let me know it was. They should’ve called me as soon as it was ready instead of me needing to go out of my way to find out. The interior mirrors of my car were not cleaned and the trunk looks like it was cleaned at all either for the detailing. Last year I had asked about getting my drivers side door lock repaired and they said they didn’t have the part in and that the part was back ordered but they would call me when it came in. No one ever called me in that year to let me know it had come in. I had an oil change appointment last week and asked once again if it was in stock and it was. Your dealership is losing out on potential business because they’re not following up with people. More

I hBe no idea who Eric Happen is. Toyota should have st least one available car of every model on the lot at all yrs. It is expecting a lot for them to expect me to "order" am item as Toyota should have st least one available car of every model on the lot at all yrs. It is expecting a lot for them to expect me to "order" am item as expensive as a car based on a brochure or a picture on a computer and then wait a minimum of 3-4 months to actually get to see the car in person, sit in it and hopefully get to test drive it. This is a ridiculous marketing strategy! More
