I arrived at 4 pm and didn’t leave til after 7. I thought I was quoted one price but end up with another price. I called very next day told the sales person I’m having trouble with my brakes - yeah I’m still waiting on his return call. I have no spare no mats for the car😡. I asked about gap ins I was told the bank wouldn’t allow it for a 2016🤨. I really hate buying cars because I feel like I get the short end of the stick every time and this is my second time buying from BoB Rohrhman. I hope this car last me a long time because I can’t take another car salesman😡!!!! I spoke with the person that sold me the car I expressed my feelings. I told him if a customer purchase a car from you and explain that they’re having car trouble - you should return their call. When I arrived at the dealership my salesman told me he was busy that’s why he hadn’t returned my call but when I walked in he was having a conversation with a co-worker. If I could do it all over again I would not purchase anymore vehicles from Bob Rohrman. 😡😶 More

But due to the limited availability of the car at the time, I put up with more than what I would normally. The detailing job upon delivery of the car was very poor. There were sticker marks all over the car when I got it home. The used car dealer was smoking a cigarette right in front of the new car during our internal inspection, and the smell sucked right into the cabin of the car. Sales team never called back after leaving voicemails regarding a warranty issue. The service team was more responsive, but never provided a solution. I ended up going to a local dealer to solve the problem. More

Bought a 2017 Kia Sportage with almost 45k miles on it on 12-23. Within the 1st week front tires were dropping from 41 to 24. I left message for Anthony, he sold me car. Called a couple days later and did not offer for me to bring the car in. I kept having to fill the front tires. I called back again and spoke to Tiffany and explained what was happening. She had me come in the same day. It ended up being that the air caps were not on tight enough. Mind you the wait was much longer than I thought it was going to take. 12:30 till 3:30 I believe. I was told when I arrived an hour. I am just hoping the problem is resolved. After thought disappointment-no spare tire or equipment to change a flat. Why sell a car without it? Or I should say why buy a car without it. I feel that I was taken of advantage a bit on the purchase price. I don't haggle and I should have more. The car had 45k miles on it!! I have found many more with lower mileage and price. I was referred to you by Ryan Rohrmanns wife. I was hoping to have had a better experience with the negotiations of the cost of the car. Everyone was kind. I will rate sales of car later. More
