It was the worst car buying experience I ever had. The place was dirty, the salesman was new, and never even told me how to turn the radio on. I was referred by GM from another dealership, to ask for The place was dirty, the salesman was new, and never even told me how to turn the radio on. I was referred by GM from another dealership, to ask for the sales mgr named Tiffiny. She never returned my calls, and three weeks later she called back. I leased the car, and very happy with it, but very unhappy with Tiffiny, whom I called Three times and left 3 messages. Because she never answered my messages, I called her boss Rickie Perez, whom I left 3 messages, and never got a call back from either one. I will never lease a car from a Bob Rohrman dealership again. I am a retired Chicago policeman, and on 80% Disability V.A. I will spared the word, of how I was treated. Please make sure that there bosses read this. More

Schaumburg Kia is a great dealership with polite, prompt and attentive staff. I traveled a from another county to pre-order and purchase my new 2023 Telluride. Kristina Horemis was awesome at taking my order and reviewing all options available. Aldo Rodriguez went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule for delivery and in reviewing my new SUV’s features and accompanying services. Tiffany Phillips and Ricky Perez provided personalized service to ensure I received the best deal. Anthony Longobardi was very thorough in explaining all aspects of my financing and insurance in an efficient manner and even went so far as to label my paperwork for “home” and “car”.
