We purchased our 2nd Outback from Subaru of Las Vegas. Bernadette De Vera was our Purchase Advisor. She took care of us like family. When it was determined that our new Outback wouldn’t arrive in time to Bernadette De Vera was our Purchase Advisor. She took care of us like family. When it was determined that our new Outback wouldn’t arrive in time to beat the tariff deadline, (due to shifting policy) Bernadette called us promptly and told us what alternative vehicles on the lot might suit us best. She made us a priority and we were able to stop by and choose another Outback that we are very pleased with. After owning a Subaru for almost 6 years, we’ve come to appreciate the vehicles and concierge level service we receive at this dealership. They set the standard and make things as painless as possible. Bernadette is another great addition to a team that strives to provide an optimal customer experience. We highly recommend this dealership and Subaru as their vehicles provide high quality, comfort, fuel economy, durability, safety, design and performance in inclement weather or dirt roads. Our adventures in our Subaru have expanded our horizons and enriched our lives. Not to mention the safety features in the new 2025 Subaru actually reduced our insurance by $240 per year. More

Philip was awesome! From my first phone call to the dealership to when I was handed my new keys he was easy to talk to and answered my questions… I was extremely stresse From my first phone call to the dealership to when I was handed my new keys he was easy to talk to and answered my questions… I was extremely stressed from losing my previous car and everyone including Tiffany made it a lot easier! My 2011 Outback has numerous warning lights including check engine and AT oil temp. The codes read transmission system so I decided to call the dealership to handle it. When I called and gave all the inf check engine and AT oil temp. The codes read transmission system so I decided to call the dealership to handle it. When I called and gave all the information I was told I could not make an appointment until I spoke with a service advisor and one would call me back, likely that afternoon. After three more calls to the dealership, I am now on day #4 waiting for that phone call. I have been a Subaru owner for 12 years and I have never seen this kind of lack of service. Very disappointed. More
